Curiosity. Keep asking why! Even if I think I’ve reached the bottom of the barrel, I probably haven’t, keep pushing
Thinking hard and self-discipline/resilience to not give up, push myself, prevent cognitive laziness
Be kind to myself and let myself have bad days
My head is ultimately my safest space and I should be as comfortable with myself as possible
Evaluate where I'm at in trying to achieve my goals (zoom out to the big picture, instead of focusing on small distractions. Make plans and baby steps from large goals)
Being comfortable with being uncomfortable - I Have to feel uncomfortable if I'm being challenged and I want to keep being challenged!! that's how I know that I'm improving
Nonchalance / emotional detachment, especially when it comes to exam performance
